Eaton’s Automatic Self Cleaning Filters and Industrial Strainers assure continuous flow, simplified maintenance and worry-free operation. The self cleaning product line includes tubular backwashing and mechanically cleaned technology. Eaton’s Model 2596 self cleaning strainer is available in custom designs and exotic materials upon request.

Manufacturing plants in five different locations around the globe allow for adaptations to local specifications in a standard design.

Cartridge housings

Eaton’s electro-polished BECO INTEGRA CART stainless steel filter cartridge housings are designed for the use in beverage filtration applications. Eaton also manufactures housings for air, steam and gas filtration applications as well as measuring and testing devices for determining the filterability of liquids or for integrity testing of membrane filter cartridges.

Gas Liquid Separators

Eaton’s gas/liquid separators are the perfect solution to remove up to 99% of all damage causing moisture and solid particles (10 microns and larger) in compressed air/gas and steam.

Hydraulic Lubrication Filters

Eaton currently offers a selection of 4000 different Internormen filter elements, including corresponding filter housings. The Internormen product line includes a wide range of filters in single and duplex versions that many have considered the industry standard. They provide customers with a different kind of filtration – from tank-mounted return line or suction filters to in-line or flange mounted or manifold mounted pressure filters, to air breathers and suction strainers.

Hydraulic Contamination Monitoring

A condition monitoring system’s performance is vital to protecting hydraulic components, such as pumps, bearings, and seals. Eaton’s contamination monitoring systems provide immediate and precise diagnosis of the fluid’s condition in a hydraulic system. Eaton systems easily connect to an external computer to control operations and manage measurement data using LabVIEW Data Manager software (export in MS-Excel).

Manual Pipeline Strainers

Eaton’s Manual Strainers are used by industrial and commercial customers to protect their process piping equipment by removing debris from the liquid that flows through pipelines. Products include duplex basket strainers, simplex basket strainers, Y strainers and Tee type strainers. Eaton offers pipeline basket strainers in sizes from ¼” to 48”. Our Models 73, 72 and 53 BTX strainers are American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) Type Approved for ship designers, builders and owners.

Sheet Filter Systems

Eaton’s plate and frame filters can optionally be used for precoat filtration, sheet filtration or step filtration. Filter packages are available in different sizes, formats, materials and configurations. One feature of the enclosed systems of the BECO INTEGRA PLATE range that results in direct economic benefits is the precise, reproducible and economical CIP capability.

Stacked Disc Housings

BECO INTEGRA DISC stacked disc cartridge housings are enclosed depth filtration systems that optimally fulfill demanding filtration tasks and guarantee reliable process control. They consist of a bottom part with 3 feet and a detachable housing dome. The bottom part with inlet and outlet piece contains the centering and mounting unit for the stacked disc cartridge with a flat adapter or double O-ring adapter.
