1U Series Slimline

The 1U Series Slimline is the first hydraulic magnetic breaker to use a snap action mechanism which improves reliablility, safety and performance. With the snap action, the contacts are controlled by a stored energy mechanism that closes in one swift motion when the operator switches the handle to the ON position.

ADR Series

A new standard for DIN rail mounting hydraulic-magnetic circuit breakers. The Heinemann ADR series is the evident choice for manufacturer willing to integrate in their design the hydraulic-magnetic technology without additional redesign effort.

AM1P Series

Using a parallel wiring configuration, the AM1P delivers 200 amperes in a 2-pole design and 250 amperes in a 3-pole design. In addition, the AM1P employs a proprietary technology known as PCE or Precision Current Equalization. This technology ensures that current flows evenly through all poles and nuisance tripping is eliminated. The AM1P Series is UL 489A listed.

AMR Series

The Heinemann AMR Series is the logical choice for applications requiring greater interrupting performance coupled with the sensitivity of hydraulic-magnetic protection. The precisely tailored time delays and ability to interrupt high currents make them ideal for critical applications. It is the solution for demanding applications requiring up to 50,000 amperes interrupting capacity.

BAB bolt-on miniature circuit breakers

Eaton’s bolt-on miniature circuit breakers (Quicklag) provide superior protection in panelboards, and offer easy installation. They are also switching duty rated for 120 VAC fluorescent light applications, and UL 489 listed. All products 15–100A are HACR rated. Select from one-, two-, or three-pole designs.

BR Circuit Breakers

Eaton’s residential BR Circuit Breakers are used in load centers, panelboards, or similar devices. They are made for a wide range of applications and include: BR 1″ circuit breakers and accessories for BR-style load centers; arc fault circuit interrupters (AFCI); and ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCI).

C Series

The C Series is popular in outdoor locations, in either high temperature or low temperature environments where nuisance tripping might have been a problem in the past. The C Series is built for a wide range of applications, and is one of the most versatile designs. From heating and air conditioning to modern railcars, the C Series breaker is built for the most demanding industrial applications.

CH Circuit Breakers

Eaton’s residential CH circuit breakers provide premium overload protection. The Type CH circuit breakers trip to the OFF position, eliminating nuisance callbacks.

Clamped EBMXB explosionproof

The only NEMA 7 clamped enclosure for hazardous areas. One of the biggest challenges with enclosures located in hazardous areas is accessibility. To access internal components for preventative maintenance or troubleshooting, up to 70 bolts have to be loosened and then retightened, leading to extended periods of downtime and safety risks due to improperly torqued or missing bolts.

Classified Circuit Breakers

Eaton UL classified replacement circuit breakers are available in both 3/4-inch Type CHQ and 1-inch Type CL, single- and two-pole configurations. These breakers are classified as direct replacements by Underwriters Laboratories. In addition to a UL listing, they also come with a 15-year warranty.

DS/DSII circuit breakers

Eaton’s DS/DSII Circuit Breaker is ideal for metal-enclosed low-voltage switchgear assemblies. It’s a fully interchangeable platform, designed for easy access, easy inspection, reliable protection, and minimal maintenance. The zone-selective interlocking design provides positive system coordination without time delays. Eaton DS/DSII circuit breakers are also equipped with a short time rating, allowing the breaker closest to the fault to trip.

GJ Series

Series GJ Circuit Breakers are the logical choice for high-current service entrance and panelboard installations, as well as control and protection of commercial and industrial lighting, transformers, motors and power supplies. The precisely tailored time delays and ability to interrupt high currents make them ideal for critical applications with inductive or other loads of up to 280 amperes.

GJ1P Series

GJ1P breakers offer high-quality circuit protection for dc applications from 100 to 1200 amperes. Their precisely tailored time delays and ability to interrupt high currents makes them ideally suited for critical applications. On overloads exceeding 1000 – 1400% of rating, there is no intentional time delay and the breaker interrupts currents of as much as 100,000 amperes at 65 Vdc up to 1200 amperes.

Heavy Duty Circuit Breakers

High Amp Circuit Breakers

Typically used in auxiliary and accessory circuits for trucks, buses, RVs and marine applications. Have applications in battery charging systems that use battery isolators to manage and protect batteries in multi-battery installations.

J Series

Eaton’s J Series is one of the most versatile breakers offered in the Heinemann product line. The J Series can be used in a wide variety of applications including telecom, rail, marine and mobile equipment. Multiple mounting and handle configurations allow you to customize your equipment. These include rocker handles, snap-in mounting, sealed toggle actuators and color-coded handles.

KD Series

The KD Series resettable pushbutton circuit protector provides basic thermal protection, has ratings from 0.25 – 20 amperes, and is UL recognized. The KD Pushbutton Circuit Protector provides circuit protection similar to a fuse but does not require replacement after a fault. This resettable design allows your customer to stay online and eliminate downtime.

Magnum circuit breakers

Eaton’s Magnum DS Low-voltage Power Circuit Breakers offer the highest ANSI interrupting and withstand ratings in the industry in the smallest physical size and are the most easily maintained ANSI circuit breakers on the market.

Main Circuit Breakers

Eaton’s main circuit breakers are part of the main service modules used as service entrance equipment and housed in a rainproof enclosure. Eaton offers both main fusible switch and main circuit breaker group metering mains with busway connections allowing you to have multi-tenant metering in high-rise apartment buildings where riser busway is used. MDBS-4Ph Series

Medium-voltage mining circuit breakers

Eaton’s W-VACi-MB mining circuit breakers are designed to protect transformers, capacitor banks, motors, busbar sections and cables. Featuring IEC ratings of 17.5 kV, they reliably switch normal load currents and high-stress fault currents.
