Lighting contactors

Eaton’s lighting contactors are designed to provide a safe, convenient means for local or remote switching of tungsten (incandescent filament) or ballast (fluorescent and mercury arc) lamp loads. They are also suitable for other loads such as low-pressure and high-pressure sodium lamp loads and other non-motor (resistive) loads. Motor overload and protective relays

Programmable logic controllers (PLCs)

Pump panels

Eaton’s pump panels are Type 3R to provide weather-tight protection and are available in several sizes, depending on the customer’s control option requirements. The disconnect, contactor and overload relay are the same as used in Freedom and IT. Lines of combination starters. These controllers are available in standard full voltage as well as reduced voltage configurations, with vacuum contactors as well as the standard electromechanical contactors.

Soft Starters

Eaton’s reduced voltage soft starters are compact, multi-functional, easy to install, and easy to program. They are designed to control acceleration and deceleration of three-phase motors, with options available for current ranges from 0.8 A through 1,000 A.

Variable frequency drives

Eaton’s variable frequency drives, also known as adjustable frequency drives, are designed and manufactured for applications requiring ultra-compact solutions, clean power or future configurability in mind.

VFDs are used to adjust a motor’s speed to closely match output requirements in industrial, HVAC, water/wastewater treatment, machinery OEM and other applications. In addition a VFD offers the best energy efficient solution in variable speed applications.
